2. Description of Service

Flight Magus is a system for keeping flight logs. We provide tools for logging, tracking, and analyzing your flight history.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Account Deletion: Upon request for deletion, your account enters a 30-day quarantine period. During this time, your data is preserved but inaccessible. You may restore your account at any time during this period. After 30 days, if not restored, all your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period defined in our inactive account policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flight Magus be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or prominent notice on our site.
